About me

I was born in on October 22 in 1974 near Leipzig in Germany. I only started using computers after I had left school and started a quite different career - becoming a dental technician/ ordonthoprosthesisist. I did do computer graphics as a hobby during that time and then turned it into my job. Originally using mostly 3D programs, I started using After Effects back in 2000. Ever since then I have developed a deep obsession with it. Other Macromedia and Adobe programs followed step by step. I do like cycling a lot and have a variety of other interests, which are too many to count here. My professional work and hobbyist interests in computer graphics include 3D animation, parametrically generated graphics (patterns,data visualization), data graphics, info graphics, flashy motion graphics for trailers etc..

anything After Effects, third-party plugins for After Effects, general graphics processing and image manipulation, generic platform issues (Windows mostly, but also OSX), installer issues, graphics card issues, usability, user experience design
