Hello, Having the same issue with multiple users. I have 10 users all on Windows 10 - latest builds and updates using Office 365 2016 - all updated to latest versions. Every time anyone tries to convert and combine multiple office documents Acrobat Pro DC freezes. Tried the above suggestion and it did not work.
