I have bought a new Dell laptop and have transferred and upgraded my Photoshop Elements(PE) from version 9 to 15. I had loads of photographs linked into PE 9 on my old laptop and ideally would like to bring my PE 9 set up over to my new version of PE on my new laptop, rather than have to set up everything again.
