Hi imamfa, We have a script which verifies the installation steps for xd and tries to solve some of the issues it founds. As it cannot be attached to the thread (only images and videos can be attached), I would suggest to have a remote session on your computer using BOMGAR, a tool used at adobe for remote debugging on users machines.
