Installing the Visual Studio 2013 redistributables (both x86 and x64) should always fix that problem. Any manual DLL downloads will eventually lead to troubles; and they will never be updated if security fixes are released.

Official download links for older Acrobat and Reader versions have been posted in this topic, but just so that people do not actually have to look for them, here they are one more time... Adobe Reader XI and X: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ Acrobat XI and X (Pro and Standard): https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html Make sure you uninstall the DC version before installing an older Acrobat or Reader version.

Working with documents on the cloud means that the file is downloaded to your local computer for editing, then uploaded/saved in regular intervals. It appears that *something* has happened during editing, and the document got corrupted. Not sure what you can do to retrieve the undamaged document.
