I have a very old version of PE - maybe 2001 version and am now using Win7 64bit. On trying to install the old PE it says I should have Internet explorer version 4 or above. I am using Version 11, but PE does not install. Can I buy an upgrade or is my version of PE so out of date that I need to start from scratch and buy version 2019?
