Hi Yes that is correct. When I open a PDF document the option ( blue button ) to convert to Word appears fine. On pressing this option it uploads the document but then continues to try to convert and doesn’t actually manage this. I have purchased an annual subscription to convert PDF to word. I am currently trying to convert a PDF document to Word. It uploaded but it has been trying to convert for an hour! I stopped it a few times and tried again, but it is still trying to convert.. could this be to do with a weak Wifi signal? I am using my lap top computer.u
