Hi Jakson, Thanks for reporting your issue here. We are already aware of this issue with some versions of AMD drivers. If you haven't already tried rolling back to your previous graphics driver, then please do. Otherwise, you might want to wait until next AMD version which may provide the fix for you. Also, you can try below steps and see if it works for you: Pre-requisite: Make sure Premiere elements is not open. 1. Go to %AppData%\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Elements\16.0\ 2. Open DebugDatabase.txt 3. Find and set the flag “DS.ForceCPUOnly” to “true”. Here is the line after setting “true” for reference. DS.ForceCPUOnly true false 4. Dont make any other changes in this file. Save it and then close. 5. Launch PRE. Setting the mentioned flag to true should launch the product in software mode and if it launching fine then that will ensure that this issue is with the display adapter driver.
