Hello everyone, I had a terrible time on the live chat where I had to wait for over 40 minutes for assistance on cancelling my subscription and asking whether I can transfer my Portfolio site. In regards to my website, the operator first said, that is not possible (transferring website to another account) but then contradicted himself my telling me to speak to Behance support instead. The responses were incredibly slow and in the end I gave up with asking further questions as it took too long. I'm just wondering if Adobe have a way to make a complaint? Thank you.
