Are you looking at them on a phone? Looks like a full size screenshot to me. And see that text on the right in your screenshot? Not supposed to be there. It is HIDDEN in the phone breakpoint. And I realize you do this without pay. It's freakin' sad that for the amount of money I pay Adobe every year, I can't get decent tech support. Every single time I call I can't understand the person on the other end of the line and when I do figure out what they are trying to tell me, they just want to take over my computer and try and fix it, which they have never been able to do. I have a real love/hate relationship with them. I can't imagine my life without their products but their service has gone so downhill.

I certainly thank you for your time and I want to apologize for not be the "God of Muse" that you seem to be. Some of us don't always get what you more advanced user are saying. In the file I uploaded I only left the things that I needed to be on the page. Your solution of deleting everything and it works fine is great. I could have made a two picture site as well but I chose to use the second party widgets that I used. Paid good money for them and they are NOT the problem. The problem is that I am hiding them in one breakpoint and they are still showing up. Your condescending attitude is appreciated. (Not really).

Exactly. The file should have a number of the Hover widgets that should be showing in that breakpoint. Then below that there should be contact info and below that a black footer element with the search fields and copyright, etc. Below that (on my phone) it shows the same Hover Widgets as above but larger (as I have them on my 1000px wide breakpoint and I told them to Hide in this Breakpoint but they are showing up below the resized widgets that should be there on the top. Open the Catalyst site up on a phone and scroll to the bottom. You will see the Hover widgets that you cannot see in Muse. Where are they coming from?

Sure, I am attaching a screen shot from my iPhone. If you scroll down towards the bottom of the page you will get to a black box with the footer info in it. Below that there are duplicates of all the buttons from the top. Those should be HIDDEN in this breakpoint. In Muse they don't show up at all. But on my phone or on my Mac in Safari in Development mode (iPhone screens) it does.

I fully realize that I don't have the other breakpoints yet. I just want to know why when you access the site on a phone, it looks great until you scroll down to the bottom and then you see all the other elements that I told it to hide in that breakpoint repeated again.

I could use some help. I have site I am testing. It has a number of things from the PC breakpoint (which is 1200px) that I have hidden in the breakpoint I am doing for phones (which is 420px) but when I upload it (JostensWashington Home ) and look at it on my phone, all the items I have chosen to "Hide in breakpoint) still show up at the bottom of the screen under the content I want on that breakpoint. How do I get them to go away. What am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Jim

Yes, you did misunderstand. The file names are not changing at all. The files are still there and named exactly as they were originally. The file the simple button was calling for changed.

That is not the situation here. I know about downloading multiple files. This is a case of a very simple button that is supposed to download a file called "myfile.zip" and when the website is uploaded via F T P it is changing the link it is looking for to "myfile2.zip" This is happening on zip files, pdf files, Word files, you name it. And at random.

You misunderstood. It does not change the name of the asset. It changes the name is it looking for? The asset is named asset.zip (as an example. When they click on the button it says the page is looking for asset2.zip. I did not change any of that. So I can post those but the screenshots that you requested but they are all correct.

HELP! I have a site with numerous assets. I am going to use one of them as an example. I have linked a button on my site to download a particular Microsoft Word Document to the computer of the user of my site. I create the button and link to the Word doc called: MyWord.doc. I upload the site and when I click that button it says, "The requested URL /2017YBAG/HSClass/assets/MyWord2.doc was not found on this server." Why is it adding that 2? It breaks the link every single time. How can I stop it from doing that? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way to get the Creative Cloud app to stop telling me that a new version of Muse is available to download until you get this fixed? It's pretty annoying when I know that the current version would pretty much destroy all 40+ sites that I work on.

Well said Zapine. Adobe has become very good at taking my money and not providing good support. I love their products but I am getting really tired of having to search forums or go to second parties for support when my software is being sold to me every month. I could understand back before the CC versions that if I had an older version, it was m problem. But now, the newest versions seem to be my problem as well. Sad.

Thanks for the work around but are you going to fix this? I just went back to the previous version. I have more than 50 sites online and if I have to do this on every site, we are talking some substantial time here. I will stick with the previous version until I hear that this issue has been fixed.

I am having the exact same problem. I open a site that I had created in the previous version and when I make changes and upload via FTP the content on the pages slides up behind the header. I have to go back in to the master page and move the header down to around 250 px to get it so the content on the pages is below the header. On some pages this really messes with the design. And the worst part is that you can't see it until you upload it. PLEASE FIX THIS! I just had to go back to the previous version.

From the time I upgraded this morning, every single site I have opened, made even a slight change to and uploaded via FTP has had the header move down on the page more than halfway into the content. This is HUGE problem. Please fix! I will l happily supply screenshots or URLs so you can see the problem.

Please help!!! I have been having this problem for about six months in Muse. It does not happen in any other program. I have called Tech Support numerous times but I can't replicate the problem on demand. Here is what happens: I will be working and I will move my cursor to one side or the other of the screen. In any direction, reaching for the Control Bar or the tool panel or one of any number of panels and all of a sudden Muse will start to scroll...up, down, to the side...whichever way my mouse was headed when it starts. And it will not stop. Seriously, I can't get it to stop scrolling. I can press any key combo you want, I can click the mouse all over the place. There is NOTHING I can do to stop the scrolling. It either stops on it's own after a one to two minutes or (as happens most of the time) it continues to scroll until I switch programs and Force Quit Muse. That's the only thing I can do. Because I can't replicate it on demand, Tech Support has not been able to help me. For info: I am running this on a iMac running Mac OS 10.12.3 with 32GB of RAM using an Apple Magic Mouse (I thought it might have something to do with it, but this ONLY happens in Muse and it is getting worse. Happens about every 20 minutes (randomly) or so. Has anyone else had this problem. It is maddening when you are trying to get work done. Jim
