I usualy use artboard from iPhone X/XS, before I had no problems like this. This started to happening like 1-2 months ago. The version on the desktop is 23.1.32 and on the mobile is 23.0.0 (24419). So everything is up-to-date but this problem is still there.

So recently I started having this following problem, it happens only when I test the prototype on my mobile phone with Adobe XD app. The problem looks like this. In Adobe XD mobile application In Adobe XD itself, on artboard everything looks as it should be So while working in Adobe XD as you can see , everything looks like it should be, I don´t know why is it happening, can someone tell me, because it´s important, espeacially when I want to shot the working prototype to my clients, and they see this.

Sorry for late reply, elainecc helped me with my problem, the fix was simple, all I had to do was to restart the pc. Funny, but it worked.

Yesterday I wanted to check out Windows UI kit, I had it before but never kept it on my computer or put it in my creative cloud folder. So I download the needed file from Microsoft website, but It is not the same as it used to be. Like on this video (starts at 11:00 minute) So does anyone have this file, because I cannot find it anywhere. The one I have now looks like this

I have the same problem, I tried the solutions you provide, and still does not work. After opening the app, white screen and crashes about 10 seconds later. Last update literally broke the app. Preran​
