Sure thing:   Issue - When using Replace Edit, Enhanced Audio track stays even though the clip isn't in the timeline anymore.  Even if you Choose "render and replace".   Also if you Enhance a 2nd audio clip in a sequence, it still plays both clips. Well.. that didn't really work either.   The old audio track went away but after Enhancing the new audio track, the old one came back again and is mixing in with the new one.   Seems like the only workaround is to not use the repalce edit command at all and just copy/paste attributes from the old sequence to bring over my color correction values. ... Adobe support took control of my computer so it was a little hard to keep up but.... Try using Handbrake to convert the video from VFR (variable frame rate) to CFR (in your case, 25 fps).   If you open the video in Handbrake, it should be labeled as VFR or your see a non-standard frame rate like 32.   Usually this manifests itself as out of sync audio but I've learned that Premiere hates VFR and  does all sorts of unexpected things.   Also, it's always best to have your sequence match the frame rate of your source material as much as possible. ... This one covers the basic idea but you'd keyframe the scale to similate a zoom.  Keyframe both zoom and position to zoom into a part of the screen that isn't in the middle.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cacOn3fMMYk   Of course this works best if your nested sequence is 4K and your master sequence is HD.   In that case, the nested sequence would be full frame when set to 50% and you can zoom in by a factor of 2x (to 100%) and not lose any quality.   The difference in workflow would be to create the green screen composite in a 4K sequence (assuming your original assets are 4K).  Then drag that 4K sequence from your bin into your source monitor and edit that sequence into a 1080 sequence as if it were a regular clip.   ... I had the same issue (Monterey 12.5.1, MacStudio Ultra)   I found that if I create a new project (so I can get all my workspace to show) and then open an older exising project, the old project will open.   As long as you can get your workspace to appear once, it'll work.    Also, if you save that first 22.6 project and always open that one first - that workaround works too.   Still...  I've gone back to 22.5.  ... The speed and accuracy of the new Speech to Text is impressive on my first test.    Does the Premiere roadmap include plans to support this feature on raw media clips?  I remember this as a feature on CS6 (maybe even back to CS5?)  and as crummy (and funnny) as it could be a times, it was still more helpful for editing than just being able to transcribe a finished sequence.   For now, I suppose I'll edit together a selects sequence and transcribe that but it would be nice to have the transscript follow the media clips. ... Same thing happened to me too.  I reset my Media Cache location to NOT be the Lightroom Classic folder and everythying was running pretty well.  I used Lightroom Classic this morning and now the media cache locaiton preference in Premiere has been changed back to user/library/caches/lightroom/video.   And now I'm having the crash when deleting a file in the bin issue.   Mac Mojave. This is happening for me as well.  Seems to have started when updating to PP 2020.  Mojave 10.14.6 Radeon 7950 Doesn't seem to be realted to a specific clip.  I can force quit PP, start again and can delete the same clip without incident.  Then it happens with a differnt clip. Yes.  I trashed all the files in both the "Media Cache" and "Media Cache Files" Folders. Maybe try re-installing all of Creative Cloud 2018 files?  Because the same media files look corrupt in all applications (After Effects and AME) but work fine in all the 2017 apps. Is there an easy way to: 1. Store my Premiere workspace layouts, prefs and keyboard layout to recall later? 2. Uninstall all of the 2018 apps and their supporting files? ... View more

One final update.... I restored back to OS 10.11.  Then upgraded to MacOS 10.12.  Did all the OS updates, etc.... At least I still have access to old FCP7 files now. But CC2018 is still behaving the same way.  Most media files from the same shoot and the same camera import just fine, but some won't import using any app in CC2018. (AE and AME).  If I wait long enough, they appear in the browser as VERY LONG audio only files. So I installed AME 2017... reads all media files just fine. So for me, it's still an issue.  I have no issues with anything shot with my Sony FS5, just my various DJI cameras on an OSMO, an X5 and an Inspire.    My workaround is to re-encode all my DJI footage using AME 2017.  A pain but workable.  If I try to open an old project from PP 2017 in Premiere 2018, I get the unlinked media warning and the clips turn red in the timeline. ... I just upgraded to High Sierra and it did not fix my problem.  Some media files are behaving the same way. (the same ones as before) AND High Sierra just killed Final Cut Pro 7 which I sometimes need to open old projects and export XML to Premiere. Yes.  I'm having same issue and I've also reported on thread: Re: Some DJI footage won't import For me it's all been media from various DJI cameras.  X3, X5, Inspire.  Opens and plays in quicktime player.  None of the CC v12 apps will open them (AE, AME, PP) I have media from same shoot that works fine.  It's about 10% of my clips that won't import. I can open the same files on  V11 on my laptop which I haven't upgraded yet. That doesn't explain why the older version of Premiere and AME will open my files just fine.  And why it's only affecting 10% of my clips that were recorded at the same time.  Up until the 2018 update, I never had any problems with my OSMO, X5 or Inspire clips. New Work-Around: I installed AME 2017 on the machine that was upgraded to 2018 and the 2017 version of AME will import and convert the files no problem at all.    A better workaround because AME will batch and I don't think VLC will... and more control of output format. Again, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to explain which clips won't import and which will.  But it's definitely isolated to the 2018 release. I'm having this same issue.  All started with the CC12 update. I'm looking at media from the same card, recorded at the same time.  There are 20 clips and 5 of them won't import.  The Media Browser lists the duration as (for example on one of them)  23:14208.    I can't open the files in AME or After Effects.  If I try to import the file in Premiere I get only an audio track with no audio and an "Unspecified Error Occurred" message. The clip plays fine (audio and video)  using quickview from my desktop and also opens in QuickTime Player.  But if I try to export the file using QuickTime Player, I get an error message. These files were recorded on a DJI OSMO with an X5 Camera.  But I'm having similar issues with various clips from older projects that opened just fine before the upgrade.  They are .mov files. My still have CC version 11 installed on my laptop and all the clips work fine.  Even loading the same media folder from across the network.
