I’m debating if elements can do what I need it to do. I am wanting to Be able to touch a colour on an image and either get the hex (etc) code for it to use in a new image, or to be able to save that colour to the palette to use in a future image. I’m basicaly wanting to be able to have the same colours consistently between images (designs, not photos). Can anyone advise if elements can do this? Is it decent for picture editing and from scratch graphic creating? I need to be able to do both with a program.
