I've uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop Elements. I've reset the settings. What can I do? I've used the clipboard thousands of times and suddenly this error comes up. I Googled the error message and it comes up as a common issue, but there doesn't seem to be an actual fix posted anywhere. Actually the entire program seems to be running slower as well. I just tried opening a picture and now I get... "Could not complete your request because of a problem parsing JPEG Data" I can open the photo with microsoft and paint.
