No warning that file is already open - CC 2020

We are more then 1 person working on a server with many indesign files. Normally in indesign CC 2019 we got a warning that someone already had opened the .indd file. But now in CC 2020 it doesn't and we can open the same file on many machines, which is a danger for us. This means we on accident could overwrite someone elses work. How do we get the warnings back?

Thank you. Hadn't thought of it being animation. The file was meant to be for printing.

Hi. I've received a file that has these weird symbols on the text frame. I've never seen them before. Anyone know what this is for. / means.
