Tonight I opened LR CC and found that many of my people clusters had become unmarked. I had one cluster per person earlier today and now I have 3-5 for many people with many fewer pictures per cluster. Anyone else having this problem? IS it a bug?

I totally support the comments about the frustration of releasing a new feature that is not real for weeks. I am still waiting after two weeks for any face detection.

I contacted Adobe support yesterday and today and got the same story: there is a major bug in the face detection server and Adobe engineers are "working day and night" to fix it. No estimate on when. Apparently they released ver 2.0 too soon.

I contacted Adobe again today and they told me flat out that there is a major problem with Face Detection for LR CC ver 2.0 on their server side. "They are working night and day to resolve the problem."

I chatted with Adobe tech support tonight and they told me there was a known problems with face detection in LR CC ver 2 and that engineers were working on the problem. Could get no idea about when it would work. Has anyone seen it working? Has anyone else gotten this "bug" story?

Thanks you. The problem is I do not yet have any people circles when I select "People" There are plenty of people with more than 5 pictures of them. Apparently indexing has not started on my account. Would just like to have some idea of how long we need to wait.
