Hi @MMcDesign,
I haven't been able to reproduce this crash with the eps files I have.
Can you provide us with an eps file this crash happens with for you?

Pete

@Jen5FFC As you've seen, Adjustment Brush created the adjustment layer, and you can also create them within the Adjustments panel.

Thanks for reporting this @ExedyUSA . We are able to reproduce this and are taking a look. Sorry about this crash!
Workaround: Open or create any document prior to opening the Font browser.

Hi @Jen5FFC ,
Thanks for letting us know this made it to the release version and apologies for the trouble here.
We've been able to reproduce this as well and will work on a fix for this.
Workaround: We're able to create Curves and Hue/Sat adjustment layers via the Adjustments panel and Image > Adjustments.
Could you check that out and let us know if it's the same for you?
Regards,
Pete

Sorry that this one made it out of beta @bradye24597041 and that it's affecting your workflows. We've let the team know and they're looking into it.
Really appreciate your action file as well, I was able to reproduce with the second action in there.

Pete

Hello everyone!
In the latest Photoshop beta, we have added a highly-requested feature to the Font Browser.
Classes and Tags filters can now be collapsed or expanded.
As part of this, the current selected filter details are added to the UI just below the filter buttons.
Give this new feature a try and let us know if you discover any problems and any feedback you have!
Thank you!

@Shebbe FYI that this jumping above or below behavior should be fixed in the latest beta releases. I notice that if the font browser is opening upwards, there may still be some font browser changes in size depending on the results of the selected filter that might cause you to need to move the mouse to the new class/filter location.
However, If you position the task bar to a position where it opens below, these resizes of font browser window won't affect the location of the Filters.

Thanks for the report @Aleksandar37282102r123and thanks for the helpful video!
So far we haven't been able to reproduce this one on our systems with this font.
Are you seeing this in any other document or with any other font?
Would you be able to attach this PSD for us to test with?

Pete

Definitely noticed some strange Actions color behavior when repeatedly bringing up Action Options for any given Action. It seems to pick a new color almost every time.
I've logged a bug for the team to investigate.
Thanks Stephen!

My hunch is this has something to do with in image 2, the layer is a Smart Object with some Adjustment Layers applied maybe?
Does the Smart Filter mask have any painting in it perhaps?
I wasn't able to reproduce this in my own attempt at testing, so it might be useful if we could get a copy of a PSD shared here to take a better look.

PG

Thanks for the videos @pauloMatsui .
Correct me if I'm wrong, but what I observe is that in Illustrator you're using a "point text" layer as opposed to an "area text", and the alignment is relative to the origination point. You can notice that Left justified the left anchor points stay put relative to the center justified center anchor points and right justified right anchor points. It's all relative to the origination point of that type layer.
If you convert to Area text, or if in Photoshop you click and drag a text box instead of clicking, then the alignment doesn't jump around as in your second video of Figma/Sketch.
Does this help?

Hi @pauloMatsui , Would you be able to record a video of this behavior and post it on this thread? I'd like to see exactly what you're referring to and see if it's something we can take a look at.

Great feedback, bugreports, and observations @Shebbe .
I've logged a couple bugs around the font browser jumping upwards or downwards and the dual display issue, both if which scenarios I've been able to reproduce. We'll take a look at those!
Thanks again and glad you like the updates so far! There's more to come! Stay tuned.

Hi @jhgfuoipdfg8oi35njker8 ,
Currently, Ps Web is available for any CC plan that includes Photoshop desktop access, including the Photography plans.
Thanks for pointing out that Ps Web access is omitted from this comparison page, I'll see if we can get that updated.

Pete

Hello everyone!
Wanted to provide an update on some of the latest Font Browser improvements that are now available in the Photoshop beta.
Extended View: The font browser now uses the full vertical screen space, allowing you to view more fonts at once, making it easier to browse through a large number of options.
Variable Fonts Integration: You can now explore a vast selection of variable fonts in the "More Fonts" section. These fonts are versatile and can be customized to create a wide range of styles, offering greater flexibility for your projects.
Variable Fonts Filter: There’s a new filter button that lets you display only variable fonts. This is a great way to quickly narrow down your choices if you specifically need fonts with adjustable attributes.
Search by Name: You can now search for Adobe Fonts by their name directly in the "More Fonts" tab. This makes it much easier to locate a specific font from the extensive Adobe Fonts library.
Please give these new changes a try and let us know if you have any feedback on how we could improve the font browser!
Thanks!
Pete

Hi all,
As @silk-m has discovered, we've made this change and it's available in the Photoshop beta so far.
Now the font browser will size down (or up!) to the vertical edge of the screen.
Thanks for your feedback and patience on this, and this change will also be in an upcoming release version of Photoshop.
There are additional quality of life changes forthcoming, and if you have additional feedback on how we can improve the font browser, please let us know.
Regards,
Pete

Hi @kage6565 ,
There are several ways you could copy a gradient from one file to another, are you looking for a particular way?
Here are some ways:
Use a gradient as a gradient adjustment layer, then right click it > Duplicate Layer > to a new or another open document
Create a new gradient preset via the Gradients tool options bar or Gradients editor
Add your gradient to a Library and use that Library asset in another document

Great feedback @Lumigraphics !
Can you say more about what you mean by "traditional font list" in your first bullet?
"Watch the menu drawing. On the Mac, the style menu in the Options bar draws over the system menu bar."
Do you have a screenshot of this happening? I wasn't able to reproduce this.
Many of your other comments are great as well and I won't respond to all of them here, but we're looking at them as a team, and appreciate your write up. We have some more updates and polish coming in the next few months, so stay tuned. Would love to hear more of your feedback as some of those changes are released.

Pete

Hi @ZerinaAkula and @hietommy ,
Thanks for the feedback on the Font browser! This is something that we're looking at improving by adding the ability to collapse/expand the classes/tags filters on the left.
One question, when collapsed/hidden, would you expect the font browser to have a smaller width?
I can almost assume that from @hietommy 's request for a "more compact" version, and @ZerinaAkula suggesting it's taking too much space. Just looking to confirm this is what you're after.
Regards,
Pete

If you hold shift, or unlock the ratio scaling of the smart object by clicking the chain link in the tool options, while transforming, its boundaries will snap to the current guides you've set up.
