Using Elements 15 on Windows 10, I set up a bunch of palettes (navigator, history, etc.) to be displayed.  Most of the time, when I restart Elements these palettes are still there, but quite often they don't show, and I have to relaunch them all over.  Is there any way to make sure they stay there and don't disappear sporadically? ...
