Thank you everyone so much. This was super frustrating. I've finally figured it out. I'm running Lightroom CC (not Classic) version 2.0.2. The "Show Edit Pins" menu was the only reference I could find originally, but that menu doesn't exist in the version I have. Instead, I have to go to the "View" menu at the top of the screen, choose "Edit Tools," and choose "Show Overlay." I finally read something that mentioned gradients as being overlays … I guess … So that's what clued me in that it might work. When "Show Overlay" is checked, edit pins will show up (as long as you have the tool selected that created the edit pins, like the radial gradient tool, or the linear gradient tool). This was really confounding to me at first since the Lightroom tutorial I read/watched made no mention of how to turn this on or off. It just said if you wanted to edit a gradient, all you had to do was select the gradient pins, but I didn't know how to get them to show. It turns out that in Lightroom CC, if you hit the H key, it selects the healing brush.
