I tried the Legacy compositng with no results. By the way, once I release my cursor, the line does appear, it's just not showing the preview. It is showing the angle and length information in that popup window though. (I don't think I can screenshot while I'm using the Line Tool). So here is some info about my setup. I know Photoshop just came out with 20.0.5, but that should not be the issue.
