Hello; I have Reader DC 19.010.20098.54430 installed. Windows 7 64b professional. If I use the update within reader I get an Error 1603. If I download the offline installer AcroRdrDC1901020099_en_US.exe I get Error 1719 Windows installer service could not be addressed. I have been though most every fix I have found on line for those two errors with no luck. I am unable to uninstall the application. I have reregistered the MS installer program and made sure it is running in services with no luck. No idea what to try next. I'm running the paid version of AVAST if there is any conflict there. I did disable all shields with no luck but I once had an install problem that was only resolved by uninstalling AVAST. Some of the help comments imply this could be due to MS Office? I am running MS Office Starter 2010. What can I do next to get this to work?
