Hi Stephton06, Please End Task all Adobe related processes which are Creative Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon from Task Manager. Then follow the steps below to assign permissions to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ and C:\Program Files\Adobe Right click on Adobe Folders and select on Properties. Select Security Tab from Properties Dialog box. Click Edit and a Security Tab opens in a new window Click Add Type everyone and click on Check Names Click OK Now select Users one by one from "Group or User Names" Box and check Full Control checkbox. Click Apply and Ok. You may also refer File and Folder Permissions If the above steps don't work then please rename C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{793C2BF7-A4FE-4608-91C9-9282C5801C21}\_12_627d4d9042b0b d924bfc683253a77397" to {793C2BF7-A4FE-4608-91C9-9282C5801C21}\_12_627d4d9042b0b d924bfc683253a77397.old and try to install Photoshop again.
