You are right, Greg, I was in the adaptive view, and switching to the details view makes this work correctly - thanks! However, there is still a problem, in that the menu choice to expand the stack is enabled while in adaptive grid view, but does nothing. It should either be disabled, or it should work. Do you have the power to enter a bug report for this? Thanks again - richard

No, I can't. When I try to click on the auto-suggested name, the cursor turns into a fist, as it does when I try to click on the X.

Thanks for the quick reply, Greg. What you describe is what I expect to see, but not how it's working for me. When I choose "Expand items in version set" (or "Expand photos in stack"), and then use one of the methods you mention to move to the next/previous photo, I see a different photo, not one of the stacked ones. And I do not see an arrow at the right of the image (although I seem to recall seeing this in previous versions of PSE). It looks to me like this feature is broken in PSE 2019. Which version of PSE are you using?

Often when I go to tag a face in PSE 2019, I see the helpful "Is this so-and-so?" with a check mark and an X. Most of the time when I click on the X, nothing happens. That is, the suggested name (which is wrong) is not removed. That makes it impossible (as far as I can see) to apply the correct name tag to the face. Is this on the bug list for PSE 2019? Is there an ETA for a fix? Thanks - richard

Here's what I did: - Scanned a photo from a slide & imported it into PSE Organizer - Set the date of the photo to August 1977 - Launched the editor from the organizer - Fixed a spot on the photo - Saved the photo, choosing to put it into a version set with the original When I got back to the organizer, the edited photo did not have the date of the original (i.e August 1977) but the current date. This behaviour has been reported on previous versions of PSE, but has still not been fixed. Clearly the editor should copy all metadata from the original photo. Is this on the bug list for PSE? If so, what is the ETA for a fix? Thanks - richard

I created a version set in PSE 2019 by editing a photo and saving it. I'm viewing just the one photo, not the photo grid. When I right-click on the photo, I see "Version Set" > "Expand items in version set" enabled. I click on "Expand items in version set", but nothing happens - the two photos remain stacked. Why is this not working? It looks like a bug to me. Thanks - richard
