I've struggled with this for years and have finally decided to ask here. I improve perspective in many pictures. It always distorts the subject. I try to return the subject to its original appearance but do it by eye and am often unsatisfied with the result. The two images attached are before and after versions of the same image. The first is as it came from the camera, the second is after perspective adjustment. The statue is obviously stretched vertically in the adjusted image. .

Thanks for the reply Yes that's what I call the main screen. I can't seem to find that screen. I got the screen capture I used in my original post on the web to illustrate the screen I'm looking for. If you don't get that screen you don't get the histogram.

How can I select everyting above a certain brightness level? Imagine a point on the Levels histogram. I want to select everything to the right of that point. It doesn't have to be done that way, but it illustrates what I want to do.

Stating with an update a while back CR became intollerably slow. An Adobe tech told me to revert to the older version of Photoshop and install the older version of CR. I did this and it worked. He also said Adobe was aware of the problem and the upcoming version of CR would have the problem fixed. When it was released in a couple or three months I reinstalled the latest version of Photoshop which brought the new version of CR with it. Things worked properly for a month or so then it went back to being slow. I've tollerated this for WAY to long. And, now CR doesn't work anymore. It will load a raw file (takes about 1.5 minutes) but then none the adjustments do anything. I decided to uninstal it and reinstall it to see if that fixed it, but I'm damned if I can figure out how. It's not listed in Start with all the other Adobe apps, and I cannot find it in Program Files. So, where the hell is it?

This time I only had one clip. I think I'm going to have to give up on the stabalizer. The problem is I'm an old man and have tremor so my videos bounce around something awful. It did a wonderful job the first time. I just couldn't export it.

I have 32 GB of ram and acres of disk space, so it can't be those. I don't know how much of the CPU was being used. I was only using the application. But, though inactive there were 3 more applications open, the background utilities and Microsoft uses CPU. I did it over in a quick way. This time I got a different error message. I don't use this program much, so I haven't the vaguest idea what the message means or how to do what it says. A Caption

When I go to Creative Cloud I have no All Apps. All I have are New Updates and Recently Updated. The first lists apps awaiting for me to update them and the second are the two I updated a few day ago which are causing me to need to revert.

I cannot relate to that explanation. I don't know how she got Effects & Strokes subs to her layer. She doesn't discuss how to prevent the arrow shaft from disappearing when you move to a different layer. I want desperately to return to 2020 but apparently Adobe obliterated 2020 when installing 2021

Now, when I create the arrow I can see it but when I change to the Background the line part disappears and all I see is the arrow head. If I press Return while on the arrow layer the arrow & line dissappear entirely

What is name of God's green earth has Adobe done to the line shape that made simple arrows? I used it all the time. I used to just set line thickness and end the arrrow head was on and that was it. Now, I have to define the length and width of the arrow head (which is different for every line thickness) and it creates a dumb looking arrow on three layers. How do I get the old simple arrow maker back? Photoshop 2021

Since Adobe changed the layout of Camera Raw I cannot find the eyedropper I used for white balance correction. When color is critical my practice is to shoot a gray card and use that in combination with the eye dropper to correct the colors. There used to be 2 eyedroppers along the top, but no more. Since the format of camera raw has changed, I only get one and it isn't the correct one. When I click on the one on the bottom right it brings up the one on the upper left, and it's the wrong one. Where are the other two?
