Sorry to confuse you I have no idea re her RAM problem. Just trying to point out that even with enough RAM the upsizing does not have a good chance of working. Does not matter what the resolution is; she has got 640 pixels X direction and 480 in Y. You are talking about an almost 2X upsize. I do not think you could achieve sufficient quality to print 8X10. In general 150 pixels per inch is the lowest that will yield a good print, although depending on the subject matter you may get away with 125. That is 1250 on the long side. ... View more
