Thank you for the explanation, Mohd. I have no problem with a process lurking around to make sure my software is licensed, but I just wish it didn't put files in My Documents. Thanks for forwarding my complaint to development or product management or wherever customer suggestions go.

Whenever I launch Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, an empty folder called "AdobeGC" appears in C:\Users\Public\Documents. If I delete the folder, it reappears the next time I launch Acrobat. I've never seen any files in this folder. This behavior began recently, but I'm not sure when -- I just noticed within the last month or so. What is this folder for, and how can I tell Acrobat to create it somewhere else? I prefer to keep the My Documents Library reserved for, well, my documents. Thanks! PS #1 - My version # is "2015 Release (Classic) Version 2015.006.30243". PS #2 - Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I couldn't find one that seemed better.
