They charged me $20 per month. After the first month I requested the cancellation, but they kept charging the $20 fee. After my complaint they said they refunded the $20, WHICH THEY DID NOT. So my only option left was to cancel my credit card account to stop them charging me.

ADOBE SUPPORT IS A JOKE! THEY KEEP YOU CIRCLING AROUND, AND YOU ALWAYS END UP IN A FORUM, WHERE NOTHING IS RESOLVED. MY LAST RESOURCE WAS TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT TO STOP THESE THIEVES FROM STEALING A MONTHLY FEE AFTER CANCELLATION WAS APPROVED. SHAME ON ADOBE BUNCH OF THIEVES!

You said you will,cancel my subscription, but you did not cancel it. Not only the cancelling process is a vicious circle to avoid the cancellation, but the staff help is worse and deceiving! Shame on Adobe!!!!

Every time I want to cancel my subscription I get this: "First we need a few details" But in the menu the word "cancel"does not appear. If I go to support options it takes me back to contact options and the to the "First we need a few details" pages, and so on in a vicious circle. If I want to contact customer support, the vicious circle starts again!! How can I truly cancel my subscription??
