Hi, The creator of this PDF is a presentation software. So the creator might have added a Transition to the original PPT which is causing this behavior. This can be disabled by going to Preferences -> Full screen -> Full Screen Transitions -> Uncheck the checkbox “Disable All Page transitions. By doing this, the page will not transition on its own in Full screen mode. Hope this helps! Thanks, Paramjeet Yadav

Could you please provide us with the following information so that we can try reproducing it at our end 1) Which OS are you using. 2) What is the Version of Acrobat you're using. Steps to know Acrobat/Reader version: Win: Go to Help menu -> About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. A window would pop up containing version number. You may send us snapshot of the pop up window. Hi, Snapshot is not suggesting if File menu is too large. Could you please share snapshot of the issue with other application windows open alongside with Acrobat/Reader , for example file explorer. This would help in comparing. Acrobat DC Continuous, Acrobat 2017, Acrobat Reader DC Continuous, and Acrobat Reader 2017 supports dynamic dpi scaling. Could you please follow below mentioned steps and tell if this fixes your issue? a. Ensure "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by" is unchecked. Right-click on Acrobat Reader DC icon. Choose Properties Select Compatibility tab Uncheck the box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" b. Preference "Scale for screen resolution(restart required)" is set to 'Auto-Detect'. Open Acrobat/Reader. Hi, For multi-monitor DPI scaling update to work, please ensure you've following settings (in case you've changed them): a. Ensure "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by" is unchecked. Right-click on Acrobat/Reader DC icon. Choose Properties Select Compatibility tab Uncheck the box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" b. Preference "Scale for screen resolution(restart required)" is set to 'Auto-Detect'. Open Acrobat/Reader. Go to Edit > Preferences > General Select 'Auto-Detect' for preference 'Scale for screen resolution(restart required)' Could you please try it out and let us know if it addresses the above mentioned issue? Hi, We released an update that fixes scaling issues following tracks: Acrobat DC Continuous, Acrobat 2017, Acrobat Reader DC Continuous, and Acrobat Reader 2017. This update will be automatically applied to all Acrobat and Reader users in the coming days. You may also update to the latest release by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates. For this fix to work you should ensure following: a. Dear Users, Protected mode is to provide an added layer of security. In protected mode, malicious PDF documents can’t launch arbitrary executable files or write to system directories or the Windows Registry. So, it is advisable to keep protected mode enabled always. Please let us know the following details to debug the issue: 1) Adobe Acrobat Reader version. Help Menu -> About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. 2) Crash Dump: Steps for getting Crash Dump: Open Task Manager > Processes > You will see two "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.." processes. Right click 'Adobe Acrobat Reader DC..' process and click 'Create Dump File' from context menu. Dump file will be created. You can share these file for both Adobe Acrobat Reader processes. 3) OS and version details . 4) Does the issue appear for certain set of PDFs or for all the PDFs which you open ?
