Deterset2...  I must update. It did work for the User with Adobe Reader.  I havent had luck with Acrobat. It is worth mentioning that I did a reg search for AdobeARM prior to adding this regkey and I deleted anything mention AdobeARM updater  (2 or 3 entries). It does not go away with this reg fix. Also, Ashumittal please keep in mind, this is happening with users who only use Adobe Reader as well.  Im assuming both Reader and Acrobat use the same updater. But in one case, I have a user using Reader 10 and this issue is happening. So it looks like its the updater. Since Adobe is aware of the issue, can you provide any known background on it ASAP?
