I am trying to upload a Signed document to the EchoSign (cloud, I assume), but am getting a error that it didn't work every time I try. Help? I have done this before, a few months ago, on the same machine without issues, but it's not working for me today for some reason. I've tried it without having logged into my Adobe ID account, and then logged in and have been trying ever since. I sign the document, "proceed to send" it, and then in the next screen I select to "send via email." It then tries to upload the document, but the loading bar goes from 0 (sometimes to nothing but an error message, sometimes immediately to 100 and then the same error message), but I am always getting an error message afterwards. The error says "an error occurred while trying to EchoSign..." I am connected to the internet, and I can't figure out why it won't work for me. Any suggestions? Do I have to save a copy of it first?
