@Damen351636571gpm Not sure I posted this earlier - it's an old thread but I deal directly with this at our company with our admin console. Would your IT Security allow a third party vendor access to record keystrokes for each individual computer in your company that has Adobe software installed? I know mine wont. There are OOTB solutions like Flexera that can be managed locally to capture this information for any software package, not just Adobe.

@Efrain5D85 Single licensed users still fall under Enterprise limitations. Users have to be entitled as a Firefly Trainer via the Admin to train Firefly with custom models and there are API rate limits per organization: https://developer.adobe.com/firefly-services/docs/firefly-api/guides/concepts/rate-limits/

@Jacky1951 support is not 24/7 give them time to respond. If the serial number does not come back as valid, the email you provided should help. Outside of that I did notice one oddity on your system report: Mémoire intégrée : 16384 Mo Mémoire libre : 3041 Mo Mémoire disponible pour Photoshop : 13230 Mo You have 16 GB of total RAM, but only ~3 GB available. Photoshop has a minimum requirement of 8 GB and even that is bare minimum. Anything less would cause the system to freeze altogether due to lack of RAM and require a hard restart. Memory allocation of 13 GB doesn't matter when there is only 3 available.

And no, I'm not going to go through the effort to find the articles to show the impact and changes that were made in the aftermath. You need to find more sources for your news besides the clickbait of PP.

@慧淇277239280myl in general Firefly does not recognize negative prompting so saying "do not add text" it will read "add text" - cut that phrase out and see if it adds text on a new generation.

@miket66381919 your timing coincides with the new models being released. Check your firewall settings (again if you already have) and make sure you have allowed Firefly, Adobe, and Photoshop IPs.

Wasnt meant to be funny or sarcastic - I do similar work in my role and removing wrinkles even with complex patterns and shapes in fabrics has proven to be much more effective using the Remove tool than Generative fill. Not defening GF at all - in fact it gave us less than acceptable results most times meaning we spent more time trying to execute - hence why we switched to the Remove Tool (which does have AI capabilities).

@cruzs33711434 According to Adobe support, due to state laws regarding AI and video Texas and Illinois locations are blocked by geofencing. VPN does not bypass either.

Hi @Petra Wi the "cake" avatar is the basic profile image. Two things to try - 1. Sign out of your Creative Cloud Desktop App and log back in. That should force a sync. 2. Try uploading a different/smaller image.

@Caroline34105949f0yg Check the layers panel to make sure you are on the correct layer then while the tool is selected make sure "tolerance" is set to a reasonable level (32 is default). Adjusting to a higher value can result in selecting too much/all.

Hi @patricio38415354j0ps depending on your plan you should have more than 2 credits. If you mean by "complete plan" of Adobe suite = CC All apps you should have 1000 credits/mo. The lowest is Single App (InCopy, Substance, Acrobat) at 25/mo. https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/get-set-up/learn-the-basics/generative-credits-faq.html If you mean that you can only generate two videos at this time - that is a temporary limtation (while in beta) but also certain video features will require an Enterprise or Premium Firefly subscription on top of existing plans.

Hi @antonella_9609 that version of Photoshop is no longer available to download at all. The earliest version available is 22.2 (to support legacy 3D) otherwise the only versions available are the current and one year previous. Be warned - people will post or reach out stating they have a link - those are considered malicious. There are no valid direct link downloads.
