Hi @Siddalingayya Firefly AI features (including Generative Expand) do not work with Grayscale images. It's not an issue.

@Caroline34105949f0yg Check the layers panel to make sure you are on the correct layer then while the tool is selected make sure "tolerance" is set to a reasonable level (32 is default). Adjusting to a higher value can result in selecting too much/all.

Hi @patricio38415354j0ps depending on your plan you should have more than 2 credits. If you mean by "complete plan" of Adobe suite = CC All apps you should have 1000 credits/mo. The lowest is Single App (InCopy, Substance, Acrobat) at 25/mo. https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/get-set-up/learn-the-basics/generative-credits-faq.html If you mean that you can only generate two videos at this time - that is a temporary limtation (while in beta) but also certain video features will require an Enterprise or Premium Firefly subscription on top of existing plans.

Hi @antonella_9609 that version of Photoshop is no longer available to download at all. The earliest version available is 22.2 (to support legacy 3D) otherwise the only versions available are the current and one year previous. Be warned - people will post or reach out stating they have a link - those are considered malicious. There are no valid direct link downloads.

@whatever999999999999 You would be mistaken. The AI is cloud-driven, not local resources. The fact is newer versions of Photoshop have increased their GPU minimum requirements and your computer may be experiencing the fallout. Some of the newer features (like some of the new selection tools) that use local resources will be much slower on an Intel based Mac compared to an ARM/M-series.

The blue outline you mention is not controlled by extras - that is under the move tool settings. Uncheck these options in the options bar:

Go to window/workspace and reset your workspace. Instead of turning off all extras - try going right below that to "Show" and turn off the features you dont want keeping the Selection Edges checked.

@Marni34988765zv2v whitelisting does not cost anything and your IT knows this. Whitelisting simply means that your IT is allowing access to the firefly IP addresses to communicate. If the students do have individual accounts and not shared licensing - then your IT Admin (with access to the Adobe Admin portal) will have to make sure Firefly services are enabled on the profiles used for the student accounts.

@devs_5005 "Rubik's cube" is trademarked so it cannot be used for a prompt. You can describe a puzzle cube with square tiles, etc. etc. - the more specficity you give the better the results. You could also upload a reference image to assist with results. Here is a rough example with no mods:

@albyspeziali If you are an Enterprise customer, you could insert the image in to your generation. If you are an individual or Teams account, I would generate an image with a wine bottle then replace with your product using Photoshop or other image editor.

At least on my dock at work and at home (two different brands) the front ports are not powerful/fast enough to support the read write speeds for an external scratch disk. They are mainly for charging or connecting peripherals like a keyboard or mouse.

@michaelm101 Thanks - confirmed your Caicos AMD GPU is 14 years old and not supported. You'll have to upgrade to use GPU enabled features and have PS run properly.
