Hello again Yatharth, any idea why Adobe is crashing?  I suspect a plug is creating the problem.  Here's what I am doing: I open adobe acrobat xi standard first thru the adobe shortcut on my desktop In Windows file explorer I select multiple adobe PDF files then drag them to the open adobe window After the multiple files open, there is a window that opens that says "Content Preparation Progress" with a Status section that says Processing page 1 of 1 Then Adobe crashes... I use Adobe Acrobat XI Standard in order to open multiple adobe files and convert them to excel in order to do other work with the files.  If I open adobe with the SHIFT key, I assume this disables any plugins, right?  If so, how can I select to only open the Excel conversion plugin? ... Hi Yatharth, I followed step by step as described.  The only option that worked was when running using the SHIFT key as it disabled some reading settings but unfortunately, I am then not allowed to save file to Word or Excel.  ... View more
