I'm experiencing a phenomenon where I'll play down my timeline from the beginning (in this case, a 30 second spot) and it sounds fine until the last 8-10 seconds, which come after a very loud music & sound effects climax, and they sound too low. To double-check, I roll the cursor back 10 seconds or so, hit play, and it sound nice & loud. I play that section over and over again, and it sounds great, nice & loud. I start the spot from the beginning and it happens again, the part after the music & sfx climax is too low. And it's not just how it hits my ears. The VU meters show a distinct difference depending on where I start playback from. It reminds me of how some audio devices had an AGC setting on them, where it would try to adjust the output level depending on how loud the signal was. Exports don't seem to be affected. Anybody else noticing this? Is it a setting, a feature, or a bug? Pr 2022.1.2 / OS X Monterey 12.1 / Macbook Pro 16" 2021 M1 Max
