I think I might have figured it out, and it doesn't make any sense to me. If I first save each layered file as GIF instead of PSD, and then open the two GIF files, I can copy and paste from one to the other.  It once worked with using PSD files.  I'm not sure why it's changed.  Is there something in my settings of saving as a PSD file that might be affecting what it happening? ... I removed the white backgrounds and still have the same issue. What I'm doing is: 1.  Highlight the first animations 6 frames in the Timeline, select Copy Frames. 2.  Then, I highlight the second animations 6 frames in the Timeline, select Paste Over Selection. I get the same error message.  I have tested this with different animations, small ones too, and it's still the same. [To combine those you need to remove one of the white backgrounds. I would like to be able to have a file open and maybe it has 10 layers, then have the script make a brush preset out of each layer.  I hope that makes sense.  ... View more

What you wrote works perfectly if I have one PNG file open, thank-you!  If I have a file open with multiple layers, the script will make a brush out of all the layers combined.  Is there a way around that, or would that require too many complicated changes to the script? ... View more

Sorry about that, I didn't realize it at the time.  Let's see if I can do this again.  This image was created as follows: 358 x 327 pixels 72 resolution 1920 x 1200 monitor I'm merely trying see it this same size with the 4k monitor.  I understand it has more pixels.  I just didn't realize it would mean that everything I've created over the last 15 years is no longer usable.  I may not understand what it is I need to do to fix this.  What size would I use to make it come out this same way? ... What I created and how it looked open in Photoshop, looked the same way to the members in my graphics group. In trying to duplicate the equivalent on this new monitor, it seems the only way around this is to start every project over from scratch. That being said, the file size more than doubles. ... Control +0 enlarges the image to proportions that make graphic design impossible.  You can't design what you can't see correctly.  Where is the ability to View > Actual Pixels?  Has Adobe done away with that? ... View more
