I have paid for Acrobat DC Pro and now get a message saying I cannot get the download for 24 hours What is wrong with Adobe that they are incapable of having this done immediately the credit card clears? In the current age this is just PATHETIC customer treatment How do I cancel my payment? I want the software NOW not when some system or person at Adobe decides I am eligible to receive what I have paid for I will NEVER touch another Adobe product @ !@@@
