Hi Shivam, I have already tried 'Repair' and Uninstalling and Reinstalling the software. I am told this is an issue with a number of adobe customers and am yet to be advised on a solution (over 2 weeks later). Currently have a 'band aid' fix which makes the process twice as long. This issue is highly effecting productivity in our business and i'm quite disappointed with the support and response received. If this is not resolved soon I will be requesting a refund as the software is not functioning as promised. Amy

Hi Shivam, I just tried the 'Check for Updates' as advised and it says no updates available. And it is still not working. Any other thoughts? Thanks.

When I have a PDF open in Adobe Acrobat DC, I select 'Fill & Sign' and the page goes blank. Then, if I click on the X and exit out of the feature, the page reappears but I cannot drop in my signature. How do I get this function working again? Thanks.
