I'm using Adobe reader XI version 11.0, not sure if there's any difference between adobe reader and acrobat reader but i've never had such issues before until recently. I'm unable to print any document when using Reader and i have to send the document to my email and open it as Adobe acrobat document file before i can print successfully. When i click on 'print' in the reader file, it shows sending to printer, and the dialog page disappears but my printer shows 'completed - error' and there is no way to get any more info other than that. Does anyone know how do i troubleshoot this issue?
