I’m afraid it’s getting confusing: two consultants have taken on my problem simultaneously, yourself and cmgap. I showed all images, which shows the ones that should be in the empty sub-folder, right clicked on one and was taken to the correct folder on F: drive. Where the correct images reside – that don’t show on the F: drive in the catalog. I’ve spent about 2 weeks on this problem. It started when I upgraded to the new LR CC (not mobile). I have re-installed LR 2015 and re-created a new catalog. The problem persisted. Is there any way I can get someone from Adobe to log into my machine and find out what is wrong with the files that are doing this? There are several of them and the problem has persisted across the creation of separate catalogs, which suggests the problem is with my files, not LR.
