Hello, we use Adobe Reader DC 19.010.20098 and the Azure Information for Adobe Reader Plugin 19.010.20064 (11. December 2018). If we encrypt our PDF Files with Azure Information Protection, Adobe Reader Crashes sometimes if we scroll through the slides. It happens often on big PDFs with more than 20 Pages. We tried to convert to PDF in different ways and compressions but the Adobe Reader keeps crashing. If we decrypt the PDF which causes the crash and open it with Adobe reader, the crashes dont happen anymore. Thanks for your Feedback! Florian

Hi together, i started from scratch, reinstalled one of our Test Machines fresh downloaded and repackaged the MSI´s. Now its working! I have no idea what´s different since last time. We start Level 1 Test Roll-Out to about <100 Machines and give Feedback. Thanks for your support FU

Hi Maria, i have the same Problem and activated verbose Mode. The Installer stops on following line. It happens on NPAPI and ActiveX. You can wait here for hours: MSI (s) (74:60) [11:23:35:920]: Executing op: CustomActionSchedule(Action=NewCustomAction1,ActionType=3090,Source=C:\Users\myuser\AppData\Local\Temp\{08A17A35-5362-453D-B788-AB76F5899684}\InstallPlugin_25_0_0_127.exe,Target=-install -msi -prev 0,) If you try reboot the computer, you get an errormessage:

Hello Adobe Support, like some other cases in the past, the MSI Download of the Flash Player MSi is not working again. Please Fix it. Hello together, im trying to donwload Adobe Flash Player 23.0.0.207 (MSI) Actve X and NPAPI for our Company from the Adobe Flash Player Distribution Page. If i click on the link nothing happens. If i open the Link on a Tab, im redirected to the Download page. I tried to download it from different PC´s with different Browsers FF/IE/Edge, with Proxy, without Proxy. No Chance. Download should come from https://fpdownload.macromedia.com... Does anybody have the same Problem? Regards fu
