Hi, For Windows, please follow the steps mentioned below as a workaround : 1. Press Start+R to open Run 2. Type "regedit" and press enter 3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Policies in registry 4. Add Adobe->CreativeCloud in that if not already created (Right click on "Adobe"->"Add New Key"->Rename it to "CreativeCloud") 5.
