I have been try the cleamer Tool but cannot be fix. This fixed by the install wizard of Acrobat X std En(download version). This wizard found that my computer has previously installed residual information, I click undo and than all done. thanks a lot. ^^

I do install acrobat x std on Win10pro, for some reason the installer was stop and than I restart my computer and reinstall. But I get "invaid serial number" message when I reinstall acrobat x std on win10pro........ and seems installer remember my serial number when I reinstall, i even do need to type again. any one could help??
