Long story short: The issue seemed to be that I applied with an account based on a mail adress from a german public mail provider (web.de). The solution was that I just created a mail account from the company I work for as a freelancer and for which I needed the MSI-files. It took me 5 minutes to create the mail account and adobe account including the application form I got quite used to. After 5 more minutes i got the reply mail who granted me access to the download page with the files. Obviously the download page is now connected to my adobe login, so I have to log in to check for new versions, but that's okay.
