In Photoshop Elements 14 in filters>distort>liquefy when I make changes and click OK, the changes are lost when the photo returns to the original work page. After not having experts answer my posts, I downloaded a trial version of Elements 15 and the filters>distort> liquefy works fine. Do I have to re download myElements14? Do I have to have my serial # on hand?

Why don't the changes get saved on the filters> liquefy>distort> liquefy screen after I click on OK? When it goes back to the original work page the distort changes are lost.

Yes ,I normally use j peg but occasionally png.

When I am on the main work page, I click on filters at top of page and then distort>liquefy. It then goes to a filters page where I make my changes then I click on OK. The photo goes back to the original screen but the changes are not saved. Maybe one time out of five the changes will save.
