Elements 14 or 15

I have a fujifilm camera X-pro2. I shoot both in JPG and RAW. The raw file line saved as a RAF file. Adobe 14 can only open th raw file as a blackened white image. I have spoken to Fujifilm and they recommend I use their Raw file converter EX 2.0 by SILKYPIX but it is not as good or as user friendly as Adobe. Doe anyone have any ideas as to how I can resolve this issue, would upgrading to Elements 15 resolve the issue? Mike

Hi Steve. Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been away. I've been onto Adobe and although the purchas record is listed I was told they no longer supported this version 14. I purchased it in December 2015. It has been removed from the old machine and copied over to the new iMac. Would it be better to un install from the new machine and then re install? Thanks for your help. Mike

I have a new iMac an moved all my software over including Photoshop elements 14 I now hade an error code 150:30 which states Licensing fro this product has stopped working. Adobe have said they no longer support this version?
