not saving

simple graphic when I try to download it I get a pop up saying you are working on it and it will be available to download soon 10 minutes later getting same message. When I made a move to reload message saying it had not been saved. Not to happy with the new roll out, glitchy, buggy and not ready for prime time. You have doubled my work load!
