In Acrobat DC, is export/import of custom toolbar ...

I need to move an Acrobat DC installation from a Win7 PC to a Win10 PC and would like to know how to save the toolbar customizations that have been done on the old machine so they can be imported on the new machine rather than having to be manually recreated. Are there export/import options for these settings? Or are these settings in a file or folder that can be moved? Or, if these settings are in the registry, what keys need to be exported?

"If you still have no need for those comment boxes..." The comments pane has an entry for all added objects on the PDF, be they text boxes, lines, circles, boxes, polygons or whatever. Only the ones that I have added and want to be present are listed in this case so I have zero interest in deleting them. What I am asking is: How to I drive a stake through the heart of this new acrobat "feature" that causes me grief for no value added?

"it might be due to empty text boxes" No, this is NOT what's occurring. There are no empty text boxes (or other blank objects) within the document and the document's source is not a Microsoft office product.

There are times when I'm editing a document and I use the arrow selection tool to select an object and then find that I must fight with an unwanted popup window (that now seems to be part of the selection tool) to get access to the object I want to edit. These popups are of no use to me. How do I disable them? This is with Acrobat Pro DC running on Windows. Here are a couple of screen shots with the popup blocking a text box item and also of it blocking one end of a line.

I'm new to Acrobat DC and am used to working with individual PDFs. I've got DC setup to NOT do tabbed management of multiple open files. How do I now stop it from reverting to a "Home Screen" showing recent files when I close the last open PDF? I think, that when I close the last open PDF, Acrobat should just go away/die.
