What exactly are you trying to Install? InDesign? What are the system specs for your computer? RAM? Processor? Available harddrive space. Windows version and build number.

Willi, there are a lot of users with no choice. The beta is the only way to run InDesign on an ARM-based PC and Adobe has been dragging their feet for way too long on this. They need to support those processors or not.

RAM: As much as you can possibly afford but a minimum of 16GB. Processor: i7 at a minimum and given the current circumstances, do not buy an ARM-based machine.

Then as I suggested originally, if you're sure it's a bug and reproducible, report it as such here: Adobe InDesign Edit: Grabbing at straws here but try playing around with these settings in InCopy preferences: If they're on, turn them off. If they're off, turn them on.

Are you sure you've updated to 21.0.2? That bug was fixed. "Ungroup remembers layers" is working fine here. If it's still an issue for you, try resetting your preferences.

I'm not sure I understand your workflow. Are you packaging these assignments using the package command in the Assignments panel or sharing them via shared server? And please, if you're responding via email, delete your email signature. I'll delete it from you prior post for you.

One of the Adobe employees has been combining all of these discussions. I don't know who I'm talking to anymore. 🙂 Seriously, though, Adobe needs to get on the ball, here and they need to do it fast. They told people with ARM-based machines to use the beta and then let it it expire. This is really nothing that can be defended.

A good number of these folks are running machines with Snapdragon processors and cannot install the release versions.

There is no current version compatible with Snapdragon processors. The beta expired and until Adobe releases a new one, I'm afraid there's not much you can do.
