Bryan - Thanks so much for posting the internal bug numbers. I have contacted our Adobe Rep twice asking him about one of these two issues and was ignored. I will say, my company has a long history with Adobe, their bugs and trying to get fixes. From our experience, it takes on average 3-5 months to get a bug fixed. I think that is because they don't put bug fixes in their monthly (or every other month) security patches. Instead they seem to go into their quarterly update. Every time we've reported a bug we've been told "this will be fixed in the next quarterly update" which is where I'm making my assumption from. I think Reader 9.4.5 was a quarterly update but I can't remember at the moment. What makes a bug a high priority? Every time we've asked for priority to be increased I have to tell them how many users it is impacting and what the cost of that impact is to us (meaning $$ or customer loss). Anyway, just wanted to post my "thanks" and some buggy thoughts I hope this really does get fixed in the 9.4.6 update coming soon!
