After having problems updating my CC on my MAC (for the umpteenth time!), I followed someone's advice to check the permissions on my Library/Applications Support/ADOBE FOLDER. Admin was set to Read/Write, then I clicked the bottom wheel to "Apply To Enclosed Items". Not sure what I did, but it enabled me to FINALLY update my ADOBE CLOUD but now I get an error :16 when trying to open any of the apps.
