Ok. lazyness part, may be I was too harsh. But guys, these products we buy from you area really, really expensive. And as such, when we pay such a price, we expect, you know, quality. I was really frustrated at the moment, and I typed whatever I could type in my head. For that I am sorry. But the reason for my frustration wasn't just because of this bug, which continues to frustrate me, in every way, but also, my CS4 has become unusable, so, I will go ahead and buy CS5. It's been a while anyway. However, there are twho things that have bugged me recently: 1. This going blank bug. I am on Windows, so, the fix that you provided above didn't help me. (Solved, I will purchase CS5) 2. Now, that i got your attention, I would like to tell you about another issue... When I click Context help, for example, I click on a keyword "ContextMenu" and press F1, I get taken to this page: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/index.html instead of being taken to the correct help page for that particular property. (Worked before, till recently) This is a change that was introduced recently, I don't have an idea why. On that page, I keep clicking on one of the options, I keep redirected to the same page. Try it out yourself and let me know if you get different results. Oh, And I hate the new frameset as well...

I am having the same issue on Windows 7. Recenlty it started happening. I press CTRL+ENTER, I just see blank. No debug, no errors, nothing. just blank. If I continue to press CTRL+ENTER multiple times, tho, it shows. that is after publishing like 3 or 4 times. I am baffled. Adobe is really lazy here.

Ah... I found something, although not as good as UnloadMovie... it's called... loader.unloadAndStop() it stops cold the timers, the sounds, etc.. and unloads the movie. Close enough.

yeah, sorry, it's LoadMovieNum But, I liked it because it gave me a clean break from the current flash content into a new clean flash movie. So, there is no way to reload a swf movie in AS3? That would really suck if it's the case.

Hi, a good trick I used to do to reload a flash file in AS2, was just to do: loadLevelNum(_url,0) this reloaded the current flash movie into itself, therefore clearing all objects regardless of who has reference to them and creating a brand new flash movie. this is the main Objection i have with AS3. Is there anyway to smulate that in AS3? thanks.

To elaborate a bit more, My Tv Tuner shows up as Camera, but
it does not show up as a microphone, of course, because it's not a
microphone. But the video the TV Turner is providing flash has
audio with it. So, I am wondering if there is a technique to get
GetCamera take the sound as well instead of needing getMicrophone,
since the stream that comes from TV Tuner has audio with it.

Hi, I have a TV Tuner attached to my computer, when I do
getCamera, no problem, I get the video from my TV. But, when I do
get getMicrophone, nothing happens, although when I try to use
another app I can hear the audio. What am I doing wrong? Here is
